Hey Growth folks,

After +1.5 years of writing The Growth Mind, I’m taking a break.

I started this newsletter in September 2022 to share my vision of Growth and my experience working on many Growth projects at BlaBlaCar.

+6,500 subscribers and millions of views on LinkedIn after, it has been an amazing journey, full of opportunities and amazing new encounters. But I feel the need to take a break to come back stronger.

A few weeks ago, recording an Interview about my vision of Growth at the Growth Event in Paris

This decision is also linked to big personal news: I decided to start a new adventure after practically 3 years working at BlaBlaCar, the go-to digital marketplace for shared mobility.

As the first Growth profile, I will join Rayon.design, a best-in-class new architectural design software (think Figma, but to draw floor plans).

I’m super excited to come back to an earlier-stage startup and build the future there. And I’ll need to be 100% focused on it for a few months.

I’m extremely grateful for all the love and support I received from you about my content over the past months 🫶💙
